- Create content that inspires and motivates our community to stay active.
- Health & Wellbeing Expert:
- Offer advice on mental health, stress management, and overall well-being.
- Create content that supports a holistic approach to health and happiness.
- Food/Recipe & Nutrition Expert:
- Share healthy recipes, meal plans, and nutritional advice.
- Develop content that encourages a balanced and nutritious diet.
- Relationship/Family Expert:

Compensation:
- Consultants retain 70% of their revenue and are eligible for a yearly bonus.

Operations & Content Strategist
Operations & Content Strategist Role and Responsibilities:
- Content Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with our mission and engage our audience. Identify key topics, trends, and opportunities to create high-quality, original content. Ensure all content is consistent with our brand voice and messaging.
- Quality Assurance: Review and edit content created by consultants to ensure it meets our high standards of quality, originality, and relevance. Provide constructive feedback and support to consultants to help them improve their content.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our team of consultants to foster a collaborative and supportive environment. Facilitate regular meetings and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and projects. Encourage and support consultants in promoting their work and achieving their goals.
- Operational Excellence: Streamline operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all areas of the platform. Implement best practices and processes to ensure smooth and seamless operations. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our community through forums, social media, and events to foster a vibrant and interactive environment. Develop and implement strategies to increase community engagement and participation. Build strong relationships with community members to understand their needs and provide valuable support.
Compensation:
- Operations & Content Strategists retain 90% of their revenue and receive performance-based bonuses.
